As only the finance arm of GM could do, we integrated data and customer experience best practices for meaningful results. We engineered an online credit application that’s shorter and easier to quickly complete on any device.
It’s visually co-branded with dealer information and our recognizable GM Financial logo, so customers know they are filling out a secure form with a finance company they can trust.
Our enhanced application process is designed to steer customers to the store and save time. Prequalified applicants receive a notice with information to visit the dealership, and applications are sent real time through GMF Connect and dealers’ CRMs, as well as loaded in RouteOne and Dealertrack so it’s easy to restructure a deal.
