2023 Annual Report Highlights Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Progress and Vision
By Jake Stevens / 06/16/2023 / Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Each year, GM Financial releases a diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) report that pairs data with storytelling to provide a comprehensive look at the company’s DE&I efforts and goal progression. The annual report reflects GM Financial’s core values and the dedication of team members at all levels of the organization to fostering a thriving, inclusive culture.
From testimonials to award recognitions, the report always celebrates the successes of the past year but also emphasizes our path forward, affirming our companywide DE&I vision and aspirations. It also builds on the themes and fundamentals of previous years’ reports by incorporating familiar language and structure.
In the past two years, our DE&I Annual Reports highlighted the many layers of our company that make us unique and called attention to our focus on transparency through accountability. With that framework in place, this year’s report showcases 2022 as a year dedicated to achieving one of the company’s most ambitious goals: 45% women and 35% professionals of color in senior leadership by 2025.
