Financing through GM Financial is only available through participating Dealers. For clarification, this is not an application for credit but a form to share information. You must contact your selected dealership to finalize your transaction. This may include, but not be limited to, the request and confirmation by GM Financial or Dealer of your authorization to sign on behalf of the Business, production of documents to evidence the same, and gather additional information for the future submission of a full application. The information you provide may be shared with General Motors Company (“GM”), Dealer, and GM Financial, including their respective affiliates, agents, assignees, and service providers. 

GM Financial will only evaluate your credit eligibility if the dealer you selected sends the full application to GM Financial. GM Financial will share the business information with the dealer you select and will also transmit the contact and vehicle information you provide to GM. We recommend that you check the privacy statement of GM and the dealer you select before providing any personal information. By providing your business information in this form, you acknowledge that you are the Business Owner or a Contact person who is an authorized signer for the Business to submit the business information on behalf of the Business and you consent that GM, GM Financial, and/or your selected dealer can contact you or the Business for marketing purposes, and with offers, product and services information, or general discussions around processes and uses.

All statements made in this form are true and correct and are made for the purpose of sharing information to provide products and services, maintain customer relationships, market to you or your Business, and to potentially obtain credit.

I agree that this information may be used in a future electronic credit application submitted by me using electronic means. By clicking "Submit", I signify my assent and authorization to submit this form and the information on behalf of my selected Dealer to GM Financial, 801 Cherry Street, Suite 3500, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 (and any other finance company selected by Dealer) and GM, and my intent to sign this form to the same extent as if I had executed this form using my written signature. If the Dealer selected in the form chooses to submit a future full application to other finance companies or creates a new future application and submits to GM Financial, this can result in multiple credit bureau pulls and commercial data and business information pulls. Also, if you chose to submit a new future application to a different Dealer, this can result in multiple credit bureau pulls as well and commercial data and business information pulls.

By clicking the "Submit" button, I agree that my selected Dealer, its affiliates, agents, assignees, service providers, GM and GM Financial may monitor and record telephone calls regarding my account to assure the quality of service or for other reasons permitted by applicable law.

CALLING AGREEMENT:  You agree that GM, GM Financial, its affiliates, or your selected Dealer, and those acting on its/their behalf, may call or text you, using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Without limit, these calls may be about marketing, servicing, payment, or billing. Your phone carrier’s voice, message, and data rates may apply. We may also contact you at any e-mail address you provide to us. You may revoke your consent for any telephone number or email address you have provided by contacting us.

By clicking the "Submit" button, I authorize my selected Dealer and GM Financial to verify my business information including my authorization to sign on behalf of the Business and all other information I have provided, and obtain information about me from the credit bureaus, other creditors, employers, federal and state records (including state motor vehicle departments), and other third parties (including, without limitation, obtain business information, commercial data, analytics about the Business from Dun & Bradstreet or other third parties). If the Dealer selected in this form chooses to use your information and submit a future full application to other finance companies or creates a new future application and submits to GM Financial, this can result in multiple credit bureau pulls or commercial data pulls in regard to the Business. Also, if you chose to submit a new future application to a different Dealer, this can result in multiple credit bureau pulls as well or commercial data pulls in regard to the Business. If an account is created, I authorize GM Financial to obtain credit reports or commercial data, analytics and business information for the purpose of reviewing or taking collection action on the account or for other purposes associated with this account. I certify that I have read and agree to the terms of this form and that the information in it is complete and true. I understand that you will retain this form and the full application whether or not it is approved.

Residents in the states of California, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin agree that by clicking the "Submit" button, they have been given the below disclosures and agree to the additional terms.

Notice for Maine Residents:

You must have physical damage insurance covering loss or damage to the vehicle for the term of any contract. For a lease, you must also have the liability insurance as described in the lease. You may buy this insurance from anyone you choose. You do not have to buy it from or through someone affiliated with the Dealer or an assignee of this contract. Your choice of insurance will not affect the credit approval process unless the insurance does not satisfy the contract requirements or the insurance company does not satisfy the reasonable standards of the Dealer or an assignee of the contract.

Notice to New Hampshire Residents:

If you are applying for a balloon payment contract, you are entitled, if you ask, to receive a written estimate of the monthly payment amount for refinancing the balloon payment in accord with the creditor’s existing refinance programs. You would be entitled to receive the estimate before you enter into the balloon payment contract. A balloon contract is an installment sale contract with a final scheduled payment that is at least twice the amount of one of the earlier scheduled equal periodic installment payments.

Notice to New York Residents:

Consumer reports may be requested in connection with this application. Upon your request, you will be informed as to whether or not a consumer report was requested and informed of the name and address of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report. On any update, renewal, or extension of this credit, subsequent consumer reports may be requested without further notice to you.

Notice to Ohio Residents:

The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio civil rights commission administers compliance with this law.

Notice to Rhode Island Residents:

Notice to Vermont Residents:

You authorize us, Dealer, and any financial service provider with whom this application is shared, and each of their respective employees or agents, to obtain and verify information about you (including one or more credit reports, information about your employment and banking and credit relationships) that they may deem necessary or appropriate in evaluation of your credit application. If your application is approved and credit is granted, you authorize the parties granting credit and/or holding your account, and their respective employees and agents, to obtain additional credit reports and other information about you in connection with reviewing the account, increasing the available credit on the account (if applicable), taking collection on the account, or for any other legitimate purpose.

Notice to Wisconsin Residents:

The interest of the creditor will not be adversely affected by a provision of a marital property agreement, a unilateral statement under Wisconsin Statutes § 766.59, or a court decree under Wisconsin Statutes § 766.70, unless you furnish a copy of such agreement, statement, or decree to the creditor, or the creditor has actual knowledge of such provision before credit is granted.
